- Acrylite® · 3 mm Wave Profile

Different style.

Same durability.

We're the Pacific Northwest's leading distributor of Acrylite® panels for patio covers — an architectural-grade acrylic that out-performs fiberglass, polycarbonate and PVC on clarity, color stability and weather resistance. Five tints, every one UV-filtering, every one stocked at our Arlington warehouse.

Why we distribute &

build with Acrylite®

Patio covers live outside, every day, for decades. Most plastics yellow, haze, crack or warp under that load. Acrylite® doesn't — it's the same architectural acrylic specified for greenhouses, museums and stadium glazing. Here's how it stacks up against the materials competitors use.

THE LINEUP

Five tints. One material.
Pick by light or by shade.

Every Acrylite® option is UV-filtering.  They differ in how much daylight they let through and how much solar heat they block.

WHAT "HEAT BLOCK" ACTUALLY MEANS

Heat block is derived from the panel's Solar Heat Gain Coefficient — the industry rating (0 to 1) for how much of the sun's heat passes through a material. Lower SHGC = more heat blocked. Heatstop Cool Blue has an estimated SHGC of ~0.25, meaning roughly 75% of the sun's heat is rejected before it reaches your patio. Clear has an SHGC near 0.82 — most of the sun's heat passes through.
